About this internal specialist gift
An internal specialist is someone who keeps a business running from the inside, usually away from the customers and out of the spotlight. Their days tend to be full of tickets, meetings and problems that get solved quietly, so the gifts they appreciate are the ones that acknowledge the work without making a fuss. A soft tee for the commute or the weekend, a hoodie for the chilly office, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it stays on their desk. The most personal option is to put their job title on it, and if you're unsure of the exact wording, use a short phrase they'd recognize. Add their name or the team they're on and the shirt stops being a generic work gift and becomes theirs. If you're recognizing a whole team, a single design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better way to say thanks than another group lunch order.
