About this it project lead gift
An IT project lead sits between the people who build things and the people who need them built, so their days are full of status meetings, scope arguments and chasing a vendor who swore the update would land Tuesday. They keep the timeline in their head and the stakeholders calm, and most of that work never gets seen. A gift that acknowledges the role lands well: something for the laptop bag on the commute, a hoodie for the long stretch of a launch, or a mug for the desk where the risk register gets updated. Put their name on it, and add the team or project they're leading if you know it, such as Infrastructure, Security or Migrations. Keep it simple. The role is busy and practical, and a gift that's useful and a little bit funny tends to beat anything fancy.
