About this kai ken gift
A Kai Ken is a Japanese breed, medium-sized and fox-like, with a dense double coat and a reputation for being loyal to one person and wary of everyone else. Owners often say they're more cat than dog in their independence, which makes a Kai Ken shirt a good gift for someone who has already talked your ear off about their dog's latest habit. The breed is less common in the US than the usual retrievers and shepherds, so a design that names it stands out on a walk or at the dog park, where the question "what kind of dog is that?" comes up quickly. Good gifts for a Kai Ken owner tend to be practical and personal: a mug for the coffee they drink while the dog watches the door, a hoodie for the cold morning walk, or a tee for the person who insists their dog is the best in the neighborhood. Adding the dog's name in the second line turns a breed shirt into a gift that's specifically theirs.
All kai ken gifts →- A tee with the breed and the dog's namePut Kai Ken on the front and the dog's name on the second line. It's the detail other owners will ask about at the park.
- A hoodie for cold morning walksKai Ken owners often walk year-round, so a warm hoodie gets worn on the coldest mornings of the year.
- A mug for the coffee breakAn 11 oz mug gives the owner a daily reminder of their dog while they sit down with coffee.
- A onesie for the new puppyIf the recipient just brought home a Kai Ken puppy, or a friend's family is expecting, a baby onesie is a light, cute way to say welcome.
