About this keenesburg gift
Keenesburg is a small town in Weld County, Colorado, out on the eastern plains, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A Keenesburg shirt is how someone who moved to Denver, Fort Collins or farther away keeps a piece of home on their chest, and how a local wears pride at the county fair, a high school game or the Friday night diner. Because it's a small place, a shirt that names the town reads as personal: the people who recognize it are the people who matter. For someone who has left, a mug on the kitchen counter in a new city says where they're from before anyone asks. For a kid who's just starting to care about where they belong, a kids tee or onesie is a sweet first piece of hometown pride. Add the year they were born or the year they moved, and the shirt becomes a small record of their own connection to the place.
