About this manager assisted living gift
Assisted living managers keep a building running around people who need a little more help each day. Their week is staffing calls, family meetings, resident care questions and a steady stream of small problems that somehow all land on their desk. A gift that acknowledges that work lands best when it's specific. Add their building or community name to a tee, or put Assisted Living Manager on a hoodie they can wear on cold early mornings before the first shift starts. A mug is a good pick for the office, where the coffee often goes cold while they're fielding the next call. If you're thanking a whole management team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, so everyone gets a size that fits and something they'll actually wear.
