About this manager radio gift
A radio manager is the person who keeps the station running: scheduling shows, managing the on-air staff, watching the ratings and making sure the right song is queued when the phones light up. Their days tend to start early and run long, with plenty of problems that nobody on air ever hears about. The gifts that land with them are the ones that acknowledge that quiet work. A hoodie for the cold studio, a mug for the morning meeting, a tee for the Saturday they finally take off. Add the word radio along with manager or their station's call letters, and it reads as theirs rather than generic office merch. You can also use the Team Shop to put one design on every member of the station's team, which makes a good thank-you when the holiday schedule has been brutal. Keep the wording simple and let the shirt show who they are.
