About this mc keesport gift
McKeesport is a river town in southwestern Pennsylvania, where the Monongahela and Youghiogheny meet and where generations of families have stayed put or come back home. People who grew up there tend to carry the name everywhere, whether they're still on the Mon or raising kids three states away. A McKeesport shirt is a way to claim the place on game days, at reunions and on the drive back for the holidays. The people most likely to love one include former residents who moved for work, alumni who still go to the same local events, and grandparents who want the grandkids to know where the family started. For the hometown person who's been away a long time, a mug with the town name is a daily reminder of home. Add a neighborhood, a high school class year, or the decade they left, and the design becomes theirs instead of just a city name on cotton.
