About this oconee gift
Oconee is a county name in Georgia and South Carolina, and a few towns share it, so a shirt with Oconee on it usually means someone who grew up there or has a strong tie to the area. Who ends up with one? Often it's a local who moved away and still wants to show where they're from, a student or alum who spent years there, or a family that has been around long enough to have a name on the family tree. A small place like this doesn't get a lot of souvenir shirts, so a personalized one carries real meaning. Add the year they moved, the year they graduated, or the street they grew up on in the second line, and it becomes their story rather than a generic place tee. Oconee shows up on T-shirts, dark tees, kids sizes, baby onesies, hoodies and 11 oz mugs, so you can match the gift to the person, whether that's a hoodie for the Georgia winter or a mug for the kitchen back home.
