About this pct gift
PCT usually means Patient Care Technician, the person who helps nurses with bathing, vitals, mobility and the hundred small tasks that keep a unit running. They're often the first to know a patient is struggling and the last to get a break, so the gifts they keep tend to be practical and a little bit proud. A tee for the drive home after a long shift, a hoodie for the chilly hallway, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room are all good choices. Put PCT on the front and their unit or hospital name underneath, and it reads as their job, not a generic healthcare shirt. If you're buying for a whole team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop gives everyone their own shirt and makes a better thank-you than another tray of donuts. Add their credential, like their certification, if they have one, so the gift matches the work they've put in.
