About this personal trainer gift
Personal trainers spend their days counting reps, cueing form and keeping clients honest when they'd rather skip the last set. They're on their feet from early morning to late evening, often in a gym that smells like rubber and coffee, and they tend to dress for the work: a fitted tee or a hoodie for cold mornings outside, a mug for the stretch of the day between sessions. A gift that lands is one that shows you understand the job. Put the word personal trainer on a shirt, then add their gym's name or their specialty, like strength, yoga or boxing, on the second line. A mug with their name on it stops it walking off the front desk. If they've just earned a certification, put the credential on a hoodie for the first winter of early-morning clients. Keep the wording simple, since the best trainer gear is the kind they'd wear to the gym anyway.
