About this pond skater gift
Pond skater is a name for a small insect that walks across the surface of still water, held up by surface tension and tiny hairs on its legs. Someone who loves them is probably the kind of person who lingers at the edge of a pond or a slow creek, watching the shadows and the ripples. They tend to be patient, curious and happy with small details, the same qualities that make a pond skater worth noticing. A gift for them should feel like it was chosen by someone who also paid attention. Put the word on a shirt or mug and add a line that matches their habit, like a pond name or a favorite creek. Most of the designs here come as tees, hoodies and mugs, so you can pick something they'll wear on a damp morning walk or drink from while planning the next trip to the water.
