About this port hadlock gift
Port Hadlock is a small unincorporated community on the Quimper Peninsula in Jefferson County, Washington, and most people who live there have a strong sense of place. Many of them grew up with the water, the ferries and the long drives to larger towns for groceries or a doctor's appointment, so a shirt with the name of their town is a quiet point of pride. It suits someone who's stayed, someone who left for school or a job and still talks about home, and someone who visits family there every summer. A small place doesn't get much merchandise, which makes a personal design feel special. For a gift that lands, put the town name on the front and add a second line for a street, a school year, a boat name or the year they moved there. That detail is what makes it theirs.
