About this resolution rep gift
A resolution rep is the person who makes sure the customer's problem actually gets solved, often after a frustrating call or email chain. They're usually the last stop before a complaint becomes an escalation, so the work is patient, detail-heavy and rarely visible when it goes well. A gift that acknowledges that quiet competence tends to land better than a joke about angry customers. Put their name on a tee or hoodie for the commute, or on an 11 oz mug for the desk where they've written a hundred careful follow-up notes. If you want something a little more personal, add their team or the year they started in the second line. Coworkers who are buying together can use the Team Shop to put every rep's name on their own shirt, which works well for a support floor that has been through a hard quarter together.
