About this roller derby skater gift
Roller derby skaters spend hours on skates, mostly in practice gyms and bouts that run late into the evening, and the people who skate it tend to be deeply invested in the community they've built. Derby names are a big part of that culture: most skaters go by a pseudonym printed on the back of their jersey, and that name is often the thing their teammates shout from the bench. A shirt or mug that carries the skater's derby name, number or home league makes a gift they'll actually use, whether it's for the drive to practice, the warm-up before a bout or the post-game celebration. Hoodies are a favorite for cold rink lobbies and long weekend tournaments. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on every skater's shirt with each person's name below it, which is a strong way to mark a season or a championship run.
All roller derby skater gifts →- A tee with their derby namePut the skater's derby name on the front and their jersey number on the second line. It's the detail teammates will recognize right away.

- A hoodie for the bout-day benchBouts can run cold in arena seating and tournament venues, so a hoodie with their derby name stays useful all season.
