About this spa supervisor gift
A spa supervisor runs the floor while everyone else is in a treatment room, which means the job is mostly schedules, staff, guest complaints and keeping the candles lit at the right moment. They're often the first one in and the last one out, and they rarely get a real day off during the busy season. What tends to land well is something for the hours outside the building: a soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the cool mornings before opening, or a mug for the back office where the coffee has to last through the first rush. Put the spa name or their own title on it if you know it, and add their name on a second line so it's clearly theirs. If you're buying for the whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer thank-you than another box of chocolates. Many spas also mark the year someone took the supervisor role, and that date on a mug or hoodie makes a quiet, specific gift.
