About this summer associates gift
Summer associates are usually students or recent grads spending a few months inside a firm, learning the work while trying to make a good impression. Long days, unfamiliar acronyms, and the constant question of what to wear on casual Fridays are part of the experience. A gift that marks the summer and gives them something to show for it tends to land well. A tee with their firm's city or the summer year works for an office day, and a hoodie fits the early mornings and late nights. A mug is handy for the coffee they'll be drinking through every deadline. Keep the design simple and let the wording do the work: their role, the year, and a line that fits the moment. Most summer associates will be busy through the program, so a practical gift they'll actually use is better than something flashy.
