About this supervisor icu gift
An ICU supervisor runs the floor during the hours when everything is hardest: staffing gaps, families in the waiting room, a monitor alarm at three in the morning. They're usually the one who stayed late, covered the shift nobody wanted and kept the unit steady while everyone else went home. A gift that lands for them is something they can wear or use on the days they're still on the floor, not on their day off. A soft tee or hoodie works well for the long shift and the cold unit, and a mug is the one thing on the desk that's clearly theirs. Put the word supervisor and ICU on the shirt so it reads as a real part of their job, and add their name on a second line to make it personal. If you're shopping for the whole leadership team or the whole unit, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is often the most appreciated gift of the year.
