About this surg tech gift
Surgical techs spend long stretches standing at the back table, counting instruments and anticipating the surgeon's next call before it's made. They're often the first to arrive and the last to leave, and the off hours are where a gift really gets used. A soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the cold OR, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the break room counter all say that you noticed the work. Make it theirs by adding their name, their specialty or their hospital unit on the second line, such as ortho, cardiac or nights. If they're a recent graduate from a surgical technology program, adding their credential, like CST, and the year turns a generic tee into a milestone they'll keep. For a whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name gives everyone a shirt that's theirs.
