About this township supervisor gift
A township supervisor is usually the person who answers the phone when a culvert washes out, a snowplow goes missing, or a neighbor wants to know why the zoning board met on a Tuesday. Most of them are local residents who took on the job alongside a day job, so the hours are long and the thanks are few. A gift that shows you noticed the work tends to land well. Put their name on the shirt, or their title and the township, and it becomes the thing they wear to the meeting that goes sideways or the mug they hold through a budget hearing. Township offices are small, so a gift that nods to the local role will get a laugh and a little pride in the same breath. Keep the wording to the title and the place, since you'll want the details to be accurate for the township they actually serve.
