About this training intern gift
A training intern is usually new to the job and new to the building, working long days while learning the systems, the vocabulary and who to ask about everything. Most of that is not glamorous, so a gift that acknowledges the effort tends to land well. A hoodie they can throw on for an early start, a mug for the first coffee at a desk that still feels unfamiliar, or a tee for the weekend they've earned. Putting their name on it makes it feel like theirs, and adding the program name or the year they started turns a generic work shirt into a small marker of where they are right now. If the intern is one of a group starting together, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good send-off or welcome for the whole cohort.
