About this transition lead gift
A transition lead usually sits between teams that are moving from one system, process or phase to the next, so they spend a lot of their week translating between people who want different things. They run the handoffs, the cutover meetings and the late-night checklists, and they're the one people ask when something falls through the cracks. A gift that acknowledges that role lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a nod to the job, and it's something they can wear to a team outing or on a laptop-heavy Monday. For a mug, the break room is where they'll drink the coffee that gets them through a long cutover week. Add their name, or the project or team they're leading, and the piece becomes specific to them rather than a generic job-title gift. If you're buying for the whole transition team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name.
