About this west blocton gift
West Blocton is a small town in Bibb County, Alabama, and the people who grew up there tend to stay connected to it even after they've moved on. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident wears their hometown to a reunion, a college campus or a city where nobody has heard of it. Small towns have a particular kind of pride, the kind that shows up at high school football games and church homecomings, so a West Blocton tee or hoodie reads as a statement of where someone is from. For the person who left and misses home, a mug with the town name is a daily reminder. If you're shopping for someone who still lives there, a shirt is an easy way to show you know where they belong. Many designs also have a second line, so you can add a graduation year, a family name or a street that means something to them.
