About this application manager gift
An application manager keeps the software a business depends on running: they handle releases, track down the bugs that slip through, manage vendor licenses, and get a dozen teams to agree on the same upgrade date. It's the kind of job people notice only when it goes wrong, so a gift that says they're the one who keeps everything working tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title shows you understand what they do, and it suits the quieter part of the day too, the long stretch of testing and documentation nobody sees. Add their team or company name on a second line if you know it, or a year they started, and the piece becomes theirs. A mug works well for the desk where they plan the next release, and for a whole IT group, one design in the Team Shop lets everyone have their own name and size on the same shirt.
