About this applications supervisor gift
An applications supervisor usually sits between the people who build and maintain software and the people who depend on it every day. They're the one fielding the calls when a system goes down, setting priorities for the team, and translating between developers and users who don't speak the same language. The long hours spent troubleshooting and coordinating mean they tend to keep a mug at their desk for the whole project cycle. A tee or hoodie with their title on it works well for team events, offsites, or a shirt they can wear on a quiet Friday. Add their name or team name on the second line so it's clearly theirs, and a gift that might otherwise feel generic becomes something they'll recognize as meant for them.
