About this constructor gift
Constructors spend their days on job sites in boots and hard hats, dealing with weather, deadlines and a schedule that shifts with every delivery. The gifts they actually use tend to be practical and a little rugged: a tee for the weekend project, a hoodie for the cold mornings before the sun comes up, a mug that survives the truck cab. What lands best is something that shows you understand the trade. Put their name on it, or add their crew, their trade or the company they work for if you know it. A plain constructor shirt is fine, but a shirt with their first name and a role line like Foreman or Site Lead feels like it was made for them. If you're shopping for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better gift than another cooler of drinks.
