About this dba gift
DBA usually stands for Doing Business As, the filing that lets a sole proprietor, freelancer or small shop operate under a name other than their legal one. The people who hold that title are often the ones handling the invoices, the tax paperwork and the late-night email to a client, so a gift that says they run the operation tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with DBA on it is a nod to the small-business owner who wears every hat. A mug works well for the morning routine at the desk where the books get done. If you're not certain what the abbreviation means for the person you're buying for, you can type their business name into the second line, which turns a generic acronym into something that is clearly theirs.
