About this genetic supervisor gift
A genetic supervisor usually runs the day-to-day side of a genetics lab: scheduling sample runs, keeping the staff on track, checking that results meet quality standards and that paperwork is airtight. It's detail-heavy work that rarely gets a thank-you, so a gift with their job title on it tends to land well. Many people in this role are also dealing with a lot of coordination between clinicians, researchers and lab techs, which means long days and a lot of coffee. A mug with their title is practical for that daily grind. A hoodie handles the cold lab corridors and the commute. Put their name or a credential on it, such as their certification if they hold one, or keep the title plain. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better team gift than a card passed around the bench.
