About this illustrator gift
Illustrators spend long hours hunched over a drawing tablet or a sketchbook, often working to deadlines set by someone else and fitting personal projects in around them. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge that quiet, focused work: a soft tee for sketching in a cold studio, a hoodie for the late-night stretch when the deadline is close, or a mug for the coffee that keeps the pencil moving. The word illustrator is a good fit because it names exactly what they do, and it tells the people around them that the job is real. You can make the gift more personal by adding their name in the second line, or a line like freelance or a studio name if they work with one. A design that says illustrator with their own name beneath it feels like a credit line, which is often the thing an illustrator cares about most.
