About this manager creative gift
A creative manager usually lives somewhere between the brief and the deadline, juggling designers, copywriters and clients who all want a different version of the same campaign. They spend a lot of time in meetings and a lot of time making work that other people will judge, so the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that make the job feel seen. A soft tee for the studio, a hoodie for the late review sessions, or a mug that's clearly theirs to hold through the third round of feedback. The detail that lands is their title or team name: put Creative Manager on the front and add the studio, the agency or the product line underneath. For a whole team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop gives everyone the same look and their own name on it, which beats another round of coffee gift cards.
