Pilot Supervisor Graduate Badge dark tee

About this pilot supervisor gift

A pilot supervisor usually flew for years before moving into the role, so they know the cockpit from the inside and now spend their days making sure everyone else in the operation is ready to fly. They're likely up early, juggling schedules, checks, training records and the occasional weather delay, and the job rarely gets thanked out loud. A gift that names the role tells them someone noticed. A tee for the hangar or the drive in, a hoodie for cold ramp mornings, or a mug for the first coffee before the briefing all fit that routine. Add the airline, base or fleet on the second line if you know it, or a year if they just earned the title, so it reads as theirs and not a generic aviation shirt. For a whole crew or training group, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which tends to land better than another box of donuts.
