About this resource supervisor gift
A resource supervisor keeps the people, budgets and schedules of a team moving, usually without much credit for it. Their days are a run of staffing questions, reassigning hours, and smoothing over whatever broke overnight. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that work without making a fuss. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the cold office or the long drive between sites, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander into the break room. Put their title on it, or add the department or team they run, and it becomes specific to the job they actually do. If you're shopping for a whole supervisory group, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another round of coffee. Pick a line that reads like a title rather than a joke, since most supervisors would rather be recognized for the role than teased about it.
