About this supervisor case management gift
Case management supervisors sit between the frontline caseworkers and the agency's leadership, so they spend a lot of their week reviewing files, coaching staff and making sure cases move before deadlines. Many of them came up through the caseload themselves, which means they know exactly how heavy a week can get. A gift that acknowledges the supervisor role, not just the general field, lands well. A tee or hoodie they can wear to a training day or a casual Friday, or a mug for the desk where the late-afternoon case reviews happen, all speak to the daily reality of the job. Adding their name, or a team or unit name on the second line, makes the gift specifically theirs. If you're buying for a whole supervision team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer thank-you than another office lunch.
