About this supervisor quality gift
A supervisor quality lead usually sits between the production floor and the people who have to answer for it. They chase audit findings, review nonconformance reports, and spend a lot of time explaining to people why a batch got held. Their workday is measured in deviations closed and corrective actions verified, and the praise they get is quiet, mostly when nothing goes wrong. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it shows you understand what they do, and it's something they can wear on the weekend after a long week of paperwork. Add a second line with their site, their shift, or the year they took the role, and it becomes theirs. A mug with the same detail works for the break room, where the coffee tends to go cold while they answer one more email.
