About this milliken gift
Milliken is a small name for a place, and not many people outside the area will know it, so a gift for someone from there is really a gift for their hometown pride. Whoever's getting this probably moved away for work or school at some point, or still lives there and wants to show it. A Milliken tee works for the trip home, a hoodie for the chilly stretch of the year, or a mug on the desk of someone who misses the town. Because the name is distinctive, a shirt or mug will get asked about, and that's a good thing: it's a conversation starter for the recipient. Adding a second line with a street, a school or the year they left can make it feel even more like theirs. If you're not sure how the name is spelled or what the town is known for, you can still make a design that reads as a sincere hometown keepsake.
