About this pecan gap gift
Pecan Gap is a small town in Texas, and the people who grew up there tend to hold onto the name long after they've moved on. A shirt that says Pecan Gap is how someone signals where they're from, whether that's to a coworker in Dallas, a roommate at college or a relative who keeps asking when they're coming home for the holidays. Small towns like this one run on school events, church suppers and the local ballgame, so a tee or hoodie with the town name fits right into those weekends. For someone who's moved away, a mug with Pecan Gap on it is a small daily reminder of home. You can use the second line for a graduation year, a family name or the street they grew up on, which turns a town shirt into something that's theirs alone.
