About this stephen gift
A shirt or mug with a first name on it works because it's specific. Stephen isn't a category of person, he's one guy, and a gift with his name on it says you were thinking about him and not just grabbing something off a shelf. That makes it easy to build around whatever Stephen is up to. A dad named Stephen might get a hoodie for the weekend yard work, a new grad a tee with the year, a kid named Stephen a small version of the same design. A mug with his name stops the office dish-rack mix-up. Some people spell it Steven, and a few go by Steve or Stevie, so type the version they actually use. Add a second line, like a nickname, a team, a year or a title like Dad or Grandpa, and it feels made for him. If the whole family is gathering, the Team Shop can print one design with a different name on each shirt.
