About this tempe gift
Tempe is the college town next to Phoenix, home to Arizona State University, so the people who live here are a mix of students, long-time residents and the faculty and staff who keep the campus running. A Tempe shirt is how a Sun Devil shows where they're from, whether they're starting a degree, finishing one, or back for a homecoming weekend. It's also a fine gift for someone who moved to the Valley and adopted the town as home. The desert heat means lightweight tees get more wear than hoodies for most of the year, though a hoodie earns its place on the cooler winter evenings. For a grad, a hoodie with Tempe and their graduation year gives them something to wear on campus long after the ceremony. A mug suits the early shift at the coffee shop or the desk at home, where the town name is a daily reminder of the place they chose.
