About this caddymaster gift
A caddymaster runs the caddy program at a golf course, which usually means scheduling caddies, handling the tee sheet and keeping the carts and bags moving on a busy weekend. It's a job that happens early and outdoors, with a lot of people depending on them to get the day started right. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee for the range or the walk to the first hole, a hoodie for the chilly early shifts, or a mug for the coffee they drink before the first group tees off. Add the course name or the year they started, and it becomes their shirt rather than a generic golf gift. Caddymasters often wear whatever the course provides on the job, so something they choose for themselves says that the work matters to someone outside it too.
