About this collection agent gift
A collection agent spends the day on the phone with people who owe money and often don't want to talk about it. That is hard work, and it's easy to overlook. A gift that acknowledges the job without making a joke of it tends to land well. A hoodie for the cold commute or the home office, a tee for the weekend, or a mug for the desk where the calls happen. If you're buying for someone who's just started or is about to change employers, a design with their title or the year they joined the field gives it a personal touch. Add their first name or department in the second line and the piece becomes theirs. Sizes for the hoodie and tees run from kids through adult, so you can match the fit to the person, and the mug suits anyone who keeps a coffee going through a long call block.
