About this director occ gift
Directors carry a lot of other people's deadlines, decisions and moods, and most of the thanks they get comes in the form of a meeting that ran long. A gift that's just for them, something they can wear or drink from on the commute or at a desk, feels personal in a way a gift card doesn't. A tee or hoodie with the word director on it fits a casual Friday or a weekend project, and an 11 oz mug is the right size for the first coffee of a hard week. The details that make it land are the ones that come from their actual job: type their department, their title or the name of the production they led into the second line, so the design says more than a generic job title. If the director has a team that's worked hard together, the Team Shop can put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which is a gift the whole group can share.
