About this eap specialist gift
An EAP specialist, or employee assistance program specialist, spends the day helping people through the hard stretches of work and home life: stress, grief, substance use, a family emergency, a bad week that became a bad month. It's a job that asks a lot of listening and very little of the spotlight, so the gifts that land are the ones that quietly say someone noticed. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly office or the long drive between client sites, and a mug for the first coffee of a busy caseload all fit that. Put EAP Specialist on the front and add their name, their agency or the year they started underneath, and the shirt becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole counseling team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than a catered lunch. Most of the people in this job will never ask for thanks, so a gift with their own name on it is a good way to give it.
