About this equipment driver gift
Equipment drivers spend long shifts in cabs and yards, moving machinery, loads and crews from one job site to the next, and the people who hire them usually know the work is physical and often hard on the body. A gift that lands is one that acknowledges the actual job: a tee for the early start before sunrise, a hoodie for the cold cab on a winter morning, a mug for the coffee that gets them through the first hour. The most personal option is to put their name on it and, if it fits, add the kind of equipment they run or the crew or company they work with, since that is the detail coworkers recognize. Many of the designs have a second line, so you can type in the name and the detail in the preview before you order. If you are buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste in every name, so each driver gets a shirt with their own name on it.
