About this facilities manager gift
A facilities manager is the person who keeps the building running, often without anyone noticing until something breaks. They know where the shutoff valves are, which HVAC unit is temperamental, and who to call when the elevator stalls at 6 a.m. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little wry, something they can wear to the site walkthrough or drink from during a long day of work orders. Putting their title on a shirt or mug is a nod to the job itself, and it's easy to personalize: type their name on the main line and add their department, building or company on the second line if you want it to feel specific. A dark tee works well for someone who spends the day in mechanical rooms, and a hoodie is a good pick for the cold walk-throughs of winter. A mug on the desk gets used every day, which is the best outcome for a gift like this.
