About this is project manager gift
Project managers spend their days keeping schedules, budgets and a dozen moving parts from falling apart, usually while everyone else is asking for an update. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that juggling. A mug for the first coffee at the desk, a hoodie for the long stretch of launch week, a tee for the team outing where they're finally off duty. Project managers are often the ones who notice everyone else's birthdays and milestones, so a gift that shows you noticed theirs tends to mean more than something generic. Add their title in the second line, or a line about the work itself, like Keeping It On Track or Deadline Survivor, and it stops being a job joke and becomes theirs. If you're buying for the whole project team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a good way to say thanks after a long release.
