About this manager action gift
A manager action is someone who's the one on the floor when things go sideways, the person who takes the call, makes the decision and then has to explain it upstairs. Their days are a mix of schedules, complaints, coaching and the quiet work of keeping a team pointed the same direction. Gifts that land for them tend to be the ones that make the long days a little easier and acknowledge the job for what it is. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly back office, or a mug for the first coffee before the inbox opens. You can make the gift theirs by typing in their name or a second line that fits how they think of the role, such as their team, shift or store. If you're shopping for a whole management group, the Team Shop lets you put every manager's name on the same design, one shirt each, so the group looks like the team it is.
