About this manager print gift
A manager print is for the person who keeps the schedule, handles the complaints, and is the first one in and the last one out when something breaks. Whether they run a store floor, a restaurant, a warehouse or a team of engineers, managers tend to spend their days in meetings and their evenings thinking about next week. A shirt or mug with their job title on it is a small way of saying you see that work. Add their company's name or their department on a second line if you know it, or leave it generic if you don't. A hoodie suits the manager who spends the day on the floor in a cold building, and a mug suits the one who keeps a desk full of unfinished coffee. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than a card passed around the break room.
