About this manager transition gift
A manager transition usually means someone is stepping into a new role, taking over a team they didn't build, or handing one off after years of running it. The first weeks are full of meetings, new names to learn and a lot of quiet doubt, and the people who make it through tend to be the ones who get some credit for the change. A gift that marks the move works well: a shirt for the first day in the new chair, a hoodie for the long stretch of getting to know a new team, or a mug for the desk where the planning happens. Add the new title or the team name in the second line so it reads as theirs. If you're buying for a whole group handing off a role, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better farewell or welcome than another card.
