About this mill supervisor gift
A mill supervisor runs the floor during the shifts when machines are loud, schedules are tight and something always needs fixing right now. They know their crew's names, which lines are running behind and how a bad batch can wreck a week, and they often carry that responsibility home with them. The gifts that land are the ones that recognize that role without turning it into a joke. A solid tee or dark tee they can wear to the plant or on weekends, a hoodie for the cold early shifts, or an 11 oz mug that gets them through the first coffee before the whistle. Typing their title into the text box keeps it theirs, and a second line for their mill, line or shift name makes it specific to where they actually work. If you're buying for a whole supervisory team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste everyone's name, so each person gets a shirt with their own name on it.
