About this packager gift
Packagers work the end of the line: they box, label, seal and stack what everyone else made, often on their feet for a full shift and watching the clock for the next pallet. A gift for them should acknowledge that the job is real work done fast and carefully. A soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for a cold warehouse dock, or a mug for the break room coffee are the sorts of things that get used every week. The detail that makes it theirs is the word itself, packager, on the front, with a second line for their shift, their line or their name. Packagers often move between lines and shifts, so a personal touch like a name or a crew number makes the shirt feel earned rather than generic. Light and dark shirts both come in several designs, so you can pick whichever fits their wardrobe and their workplace.
