Policy Intern Groovy Rainbow mug

About this policy intern gift

A policy intern is usually a student or recent grad spending a summer or semester inside a government office, think tank, advocacy group or legislative staff, reading bills, drafting memos and sitting in on hearings that rarely run on time. The work is long days in a fluorescent office and a lot of reading, so the gifts that land are the ones that match that rhythm: something soft for the commute home, a hoodie for the chilly office, a mug for the early briefing. Put the role on the design, policy intern in the main line, and add the organization, the year or the program name on the second line if you know it. If you're shopping for a whole cohort, one design with each intern's name on their own shirt is a good send-off at the end of the term. A personal touch goes further than generic office swag, and this role is easy to make theirs.
